LUDOVIC ORAIN, MASTER GARDENER 2025!
The jury for the 2025 edition of Carré des Jardiniers, with VALHOR as its official partner and chaired by landscape architect Jean Mus, announced its verdict at the awards ceremony held at the Paysalia trade show on Wednesday, December 3: Ludovic Orain was crowned the winner of the competition with his project “L'écrin méditerranéen” (The Mediterranean Setting). He joins the very select circle of Master Gardeners and has earned the prestigious title of “Master Gardener 2025.
Jury article: what makes a good Master Gardener?
With just a few weeks to go before the the Carré des Jardiniers competition finale, which will be held at the heart of the Paysalia trade show, excitement is building around the four finalists vying for the prestigious title of Master Gardener 2025.
To give you a behind-the-scenes look at the competition, we asked the members of the jury to share their thoughts in a series of short, powerful videos. Their mission? To share their vision of the competition, their expectations, their advice... and above all, what makes a true Master Gardener today.
PAYSALIA 2025, A RICH AND INTENSE PROGRAM
A true crossroads for the industry, the Paysalia 2025 trade show highlighted the major challenges of today through five strategic areas: biodiversity and ecology, adaptation to climate change, urban greening, economics and management, employment and training.
For three days, landscape architects, project managers, local authorities, companies, producers, and students came together to exchange ideas, find inspiration, and learn. The exhibition offered a rich program of conferences, debates, workshops, and activities focused on the challenges facing the sector. Experts and professionals were able to share their experiences and open up concrete avenues for working together to build the landscapes of tomorrow.
